HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

DOES ROBYN HAIR HAVE A POLICY ON RETURN/EXCHANGES?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately.
NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES /NO CANCELLATIONS

If you open a dispute with your bank, you must take that up with your bank and it is no longer in our hands. If the dispute does not go in your favor, we do not issue refunds. Please contact us via email prior to opening a dispute. 

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HAIR?

While we always recommend seeking a professional stylist to assist with your install. Here are A few tips: Cold wash your hair (LUKEWARM), Condition your hair, Clip your ends, Seal your wefts, Be sure to tie your hair up treat it like you were born with it.

CAN I DYE, BLEACH OR COLOR THIS HAIR?

Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair so it can take bleach, straightening, dye, and curls really well. We kindly recommend seeking a PROFESSIONAL STYLIST for assistance for any of these services.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED?

For 14” - 18” we recommend 3 bundles for a full install

For 20” - 26” we recommend 4 bundles for a full look

For 28” - 40” we recommend 5 bundles for a full style
